Join us for yoga in the greenhouse! There is no better way to boost your mood than by practicing yoga while embracing the warm + sunny greenhouse, surrounded by lush plants!Blu Bird Studio will lead us through a fun, gentle flow class that is wonderful for all skill levels + those who like to have fun while being active! We will finish off the class with deep stretches and mindful breathing. IT'S ALWAYS SO FUN!
The $15 cost of this class includes yoga instruction, a refreshing drink, and a $5 shopping coupon from Mill Creek! Bring your own mat + dress in layers!
