Join us for a peaceful evening of movement and mindfulness at Grayce Gardens. Heather will lead a Vinyasa-style yoga class in our historic glass-roof greenhouse, surrounded by lush plants and the soft glow of the setting sun. This serene setting offers the perfect backdrop to breathe deeply, move intentionally, and reconnect with yourself and nature.
Doors open at 6:00 PM
Class begins at 6:30 PM
Light refreshments to follow
10% discount in the greenhouse shop for all participants
