Yoga in the Garden

Breathe in the fresh air and move gently in a peaceful garden setting during this beginner-friendly yoga class. We’ll explore simple, grounding poses, gentle stretches, and mindful breathwork to help you feel centered and at ease. No experience needed—just bring your mat and a willingness to unwind.

Registration is required. For ages 16 and up.

This class will meet at the Education Center at Conservation Garden Park.
