Join me every Thursday at 8 AM for Yoga in the Garden at Traditions School of Herbal Studies (6340 Central Ave, St. Pete). We’ll move, breathe, and flow in a gentle Hatha-style practice, surrounded by the beauty of the medicinal herb gardens.
This is more than just a yoga class—it’s a space to ground, reconnect, and nourish your body and spirit. After class, enjoy a special herbal tea elixir provided by Traditions to support your well-being.
Things to bring: A yoga mat, a sheet or beach blanket (for extra comfort on the ground), and an open heart. 🩵
This is a donation-based class—pay what you can. No one is turned away. 🤗
