Yoga in the Gallery is back!
Join us Friday, August 22 from 5:30-6:30 PM for an all-levels slow flow yoga class led by Amy McGuire of Balance Yoga & Lifestyle. We'll gather in the beautiful Main Gallery at the Panama City Center for the Arts for a unique and inspiring practice while surrounded by art!
This class is suitable for all levels of experience and is open to everyone - just bring your own mat and good vibes! It's the perfect way to wind down your week and connect with our amazing yoga community in Historic Downtown Panama City!
Cost $15
**A portion of proceeds will be donated to the Center for the Arts to support their ongoing programs.
