The monthly sessions of Yoga in the Gallery combine the environment of art with the relaxation of yoga to create a unique experience. Sessions are scheduled on Saturday mornings in one of the exhibition galleries at the Albany Museum of Art.Renea Miller instructs the classes. Participants should dress comfortably and bring their mats.
Cost: $5 for AMA donors, and $10 for non-donors.
