Join us for a one hour, ALL levels, slow flow vinyasa style class, while surrounded by inspirational works of art! This class will take place upstairs in the Main Gallery at the Center for the Arts in Downtown Panama City and will be led by Amy McGuire, E-RYT 200 instructor and owner of Balance Yoga & Lifestyle.
Give yourself this time to breath and reconnect with yourself, move your body, let go of tension and stress, and be inspired in this creative, beautiful space!
ALL levels are welcome. Please spread the word and bring your friends, a yoga mat, and a water for your practice. Yoga in the Gallery is an AMAZING way to start off your weekend with lots of good yoga vibes and a great yoga community!
