About this Event

In this class we will start with an embodied practice including breathwork, movement and meditation. Then we move into an open discussion how the philosophy of yoga can aid us in our recovery. All recovery paths and experiences are welcome.

Movement is gentle accessible mat practice for all practice proficiencies
