Hey all! I am hosting a yoga class series starting Sunday, July 7th in McCarren Park! It's going to be a vinyasa all levels flow. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind, stretch, and find your inner peace surrounded by nature. Don't forget to bring your mat, water, and positive vibes! Let's flow together and connect through the power of movement. If all goes well I will add additional classes to this series.

📍We will be meeting in front of the Bathrooms at McCarren Park at 9am and finding a shade spot right around there.
