Join me every Wednesday at 6:30pm at the Oak St Park Community Center, 717 North Palm Avenue, Kissimmee, FL, 34741, for an empowering and restorative yoga flow open to all levels! Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, this class is for you!
Cost: $18/per class or $70/month
What to Expect: Together we will explore different styles of Yoga Asana, Meditation, and Breathwork focused on deepening our mind-body connection and learning how yoga can empower our everyday life! We will build a practice together that supports our physical, mental, and emotional well-being - regulating our nervous systems, throwing perfectionism out the door, and finding peace within!
The Flow of the evening: Meditation, Breathwork, Yoga Asana (Physical Movement), Connection + Networking Time at the end with complimentary herbal tea
