Yoga in English in Alkmaar

Hello yogis! :) Yoga has been my self-practice for a few years, and called on me to explore it deeper when travelling. I completed my teacher training in India before moving to the Netherlands. I want to share my love for yoga and build a community around it!

Thursday evening 18:30 - Vinyasa yoga - a dynamic and flowing l style where we move through poses in sync with our breath. It aims to create a continuous, meditative flow that builds strength and flexibility. I like to mix in storytelling, philosophy and playfulness, come along if you're curious!

The classes are in English in a small group.
