Yoga in Central Park: Soundtrack Yoga Club

Each week features a curated playlist inspired by a different artist—guiding the rhythm, mood, and energy of the practice. From soulful and slow to vibrant and high-energy, no two classes will feel the same.

What to expect:
– All levels welcome (modifications + challenges offered)
– Vinyasa flow guided by breath and music
– Opening + closing breathwork
– Rotating weekly artist-inspired playlists
– Outdoor, community-centered experience

Bring your mat, water, towel, and an open mind.
