Join us for a rejuvenating Yoga Hike at Cattus Island County Park with Amanda & Jennie!
Please ensure to check your email the day before our hike for any updates or additional information.
We will convene at 8:50am outside the Cooper Environmental Center, which serves as the main hub of Cattus Island County Park, to sign in and gather before embarking on our adventure.
WHAT TO BRING:
-Travel mug for tea
-Light backpack to carry your mug & mat
-Blanket or yoga mat
-Water
-Friends!!
This event promises approximately two hours of immersive experiences including hiking, meditation, essential oils, and yoga, allowing us to connect with both nature and community. Our itinerary includes a pre-hike yoga warm-up, followed by a scenic hike, a mid-hike meditation session, a yoga session on the beach, and a return hike to base.
Please note that this Yoga Hike is contingent upon weather conditions. We recommend dressing in layers and wearing warm socks/shoes that you don't mind getting muddy.

Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% non-refundable deposit to cover administrative costs.
Cancellations 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund or credit toward a future event of your choice. A courtesy cancellation must be done by email ([email protected]) or text to 732-854-4858. This allows other friends to potentially fill the spot & compensate our instructors adequately.
Cancellations less than 3 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member with prior approval. Alternatively, we may offer a credit for a future event, at our discretion.
No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.
For any emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Event Transfers: If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your registration to a future event if space is available, but please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This can only be done 1 time, repeat transfer requests will not be accepted, no refund or credit will be issued.
