I will be hosting my 5th Free Yoga Healing Flow session of this year, followed by a free hour of Spiritual Sanctuary community connection and reflection✨️
What Time: Between 1-3:33pm
*We will start Yoga Healing Flow at 1:11pm
* 2:22pm is the Spiritual Sanctuary hour
