We gather together as a collective during the full moon or new moon each month. We will do a one hour yoga practice of our signature Goddess Flow sequence, discuss ways we can tap into our divine feminine essence, and gather in community.
Join us for an invigorating yoga practice as we harness the energy of the new/full moon. We help to ignite the passion of the feminine goddess within ourselves through the practice of yoga and breath exercises. We will honor Mother Earth by being in nature and flowing with the energies of the sun, moon, wind, and ocean.
