Every practice has a beginning. This three‑session beginner series is a welcoming, pressure‑free space to explore yoga with curiosity, learn the foundations, and discover what feels supportive in your own body.Across three Wednesdays, you’ll move slowly through foundational poses, breathwork, alignment, and simple modifications that help you understand how yoga can meet you exactly where you are. There will be plenty of time to learn, ask questions, pause, and build confidence without ever feeling rushed or behind.This series is for the woman who has felt curious about yoga but not quite ready to walk into a class. Maybe you’re new to movement. Maybe you’re returning after time away. Maybe you’re unsure what your body can do or simply want a space where you can learn without pressure.You don’t need to know the poses. You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to keep up. You just need a place to begin.Through movement, breath, meditation, gentle philosophy, and a touch of anatomy, you’ll learn how to adapt the practice to your needs and feel more at home in your body. By the end of the series, our hope is that you walk away feeling confident, capable, and empowered to step into any class without intimidation - and with a growing curiosity about what your practice might become.Come as you are.
