Lesley is a Menopause Yoga accredited teacher, and these classes involve movements and visualisations themed around all areas of women's health and well-being. We look at ways to improve sleep, reduce stress, keep joints moving, reduce hot flushes etc. We use props to support us in the postures, and have a deep relaxation each week - with lovley warm stones to relax us even deeper.
