Join us for Yoga for Women, a free, gentle yoga class designed to support women’s health through all stages of life. Sponsored by the Community Hospital of Anaconda (CHA), this class offers a safe and supportive space to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and build strength from the inside out.Together, we’ll explore breath-centered movement, stress relief techniques, and poses that support hormonal balance, pelvic floor health, and overall well-being. Whether you're navigating menstruation, menopause, motherhood—or simply seeking a moment to care for yourself—this class is for you.
Open to all women and those who identify as women. No previous yoga experience is needed. Mats and props provided.
These classes are every Wednesday in August at 5 p.m. and located at Anaconda Yoga.
