Welcome Spring with a special yoga practice with Joleen! This practice will be dedicated to clearing out our winter energy and renewal for spring as we celebrate the Spring Equinox, the day of balance!
The cost is $12, feel free to bring your own mat and props or use those provided by the shop. The shop will be open immediately afterwards so plan to spend a fun morning browsing if your schedule allows!
