Join Alison Walker for a special community gathering celebrating local Surfing Moms on Saturday, June 13 from 1:00–2:00pm at Ocean Yoga.
This workshop is designed for moms who love the ocean, movement, and connection. Allison will guide a surf-inspired yoga practice focused on supporting the muscles and movement patterns commonly used in surfing, while also helping release tension, improve mobility, balance, and recovery.
Whether you surf regularly, are just beginning, or simply want to connect with other local moms in the community, this is a beautiful opportunity to move, breathe, and recharge together.
Workshop Pricing:
• $20 for Surfing Moms Community Members
• $30 General Community
At the same time, we’ll also be hosting a Kids Yoga & Mindfulness Class so moms can fully enjoy the workshop while children participate in yoga, movement, and mindful activities in a supportive environment.
