Join Jackie for an extended practice honoring the summer solstice through breathwork, sun-inspired movement, somatic release, restorative yoga, and sound.
You’ll move from gentle activation into quiet stillness, helping release inner tension and soften the nervous system. This therapeutic yoga immersion is designed to leave you feeling lighter, grounded, and connected to your inner light.
