If you have suffered from a stroke, auto-immune disorder, or Parkinson's and are looking to regain strength, range of motion, flexibility, balanced firing between the hemispheres of the brain, re-established brain-body connection, and enhanced balance to the central nervous system, then try this gentle, brain balancing yoga class and see if we can help!
Chairs and props will be used in every class. All props are available to borrow at the studio.

**Class size will be restricted for one-on-one engagement. As always, please get your Doctor's approval before starting any exercise program.**
