Scaravelli - inspired yoga that quietens your nervous system and helps you feel spaciousness in your joints. I teach slow Hatha yoga postures with preparations, mindfulness and tuning into the breath.
Wear loose comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
Takes place in St. John's room (turn left after the entrance)
