This gentle yoga workshop is designed for those interested in improving strength and balance.With carefully explained practices taught in stages and modified as needed, the workshop offers a supportive and nurturing environment. The morning is perfect for those new to yoga or looking to deepen their practice gently and mindfully.

Join this friendly small group workshop of just 9 participants and you'll receive personalised attention in a friendly and supportive environment. We break for tea and snacks mid-morning and if the weather is good, we sit out in the garden with a beautiful view of the woods.
