Yoga for Stagehands isn’t your typical yoga class—it’s designed specifically for the hardworking crews behind the scenes in the entertainment industry. Your body deserves care to keep you in top form.
Tailored for stagehands, A/V techs, and road crews, this entry-level yoga class focuses on stretches and warm-ups to prevent common injuries, reduce stress, and improve flexibility. Humor is an integral part of these sessions, so be prepared for parodies and puns that add an extra dose of fun.
No prior yoga experience is needed. However, if you have a yoga mat, please bring it! This class is open to all levels and provides easy-to-remember stretches you can practice on standby, during lunch breaks, or on a loading dock after the last truck is latched.
So, grab your casual blacks (the comfy ones you wear to the gym), and join us at Faeker’s Theatre for a session that will leave you relaxed, centered, and ready for your next gig.
