Yoga for Skaters (*for all)

Beginner friendly all bodies welcome.

Free offering each 1st Saturday at 10:00am-10:50am at the Wake N Skate. Yoga led by Marie live ambient harp played by Gilly. Join us as we gently strengthen and stretch the key skating muscles improve balance and finish in a sweet guided meditation. Bring your mat or borrow one (limited).

The dj’d skate begins right after yoga at 11:00am. There are also free skate rentals and brunch bites available for this event.

This is a FREE event entry to CRC is $5 drop in or free with @cincyrec membership
