Join us each 1st Sat at 10:00am as we gently strengthen and stretch the key skating muscles improve balance and finish in a sweet guided meditation. Bring your mat or borrow one of mine (limited). The dj'd skate begins right after yoga at 11:00am. There are also free skate rentals brunch bites and coffee available for this event.
