This month we are celebrating CAMaraderie, an exhibition showcasing a variety of artworks made by museum staff across different departments. We will experience the magic of art making, where creativity knows no bounds! Immerse yourself in a kaleidoscope of activities designed for all ages, from hands-on gallery stops to mixed media art making. Families can unleash their imagination in collaborative projects and enjoy an interactive performance. Bring your little artists, discover the joy of creating together, and let your family’s unique story unfold through the power of art! Plus, see the exhibition Discovering Ansel Adams for free!
Drop in Activities include:
11 a.m.–3 p.m. Make some magical artworks in the Koetters Classroom
11 a.m.–3 p.m. Age Specific Scavenger Hunts available at the front desk
11 a.m.–1 p.m. Make art with Happen Inc. on ground B level entryway
11 a.m.–3 p.m. Multisensory activity in the Schmiddlapp Gallery 151
11 a.m.-3 p.m. Visit staff artist in Residence Will Morris in the CAMaraderie Exhibition
Noon–1 p.m. Family Friendly performance with Heroes Rise in the Marek-Weaver Family Commons
Noon–1 p.m. Drop in Storytime with the Cincinnati Hamilton County Public Library in Gallery 126
1 p.m. - 3 p.m. Breakout performances by Cincinnati Music Village students in the galleries.
1 p.m.-3 p.m. Make art with staff artist Abigail Shoyat in the Great Hall
11 a.m.–3 p.m. Art Making in the Rosenthal Education Center (REC)
Registered Activities include:
10–10:40 a.m. Members Only Baby Tours for ages 0-2 with special Guests from the May Festival
10–11 a.m. Art Together for preschoolers
11 a.m.–noon Family Storytime and Gallery Walk for preschoolers
2–3 p.m. Family Studio for ages 6-12
