Each playful class helps kids develop balance, focus, and confidence - A class with foundations of yoga including breathwork, mindfulness, movement. Parent involvement is encouraged - Also join in for benefits and bonding for partner poses with your child.📅 Thursdays, 31 July – 18 September 2025

About our guide:
Olivia is an experienced Yoga instructor holding classes weekly in the community for mums and their little ones, Beginner yoga, intermediate vinyasa since 2018. With 500 hour yoga training in the birth place of yoga in Rishikesh, India - Olivia combines traditional and modern adaptations of yoga for our latest series offering yoga for ages 2-5 years old and parents to join.
What you can expect:
Circle time, themed yoga weeks, parent and child partner poses, Yoga games, yoga story time, parachute play & breath work to encourage emotional regulation & calm connection
Spaces are limited. Register your interest for the next class available. When classes are full we will close off bookings.
