About this Event
Join us for a gentle and grounding gathering— Yoga for Peace — where we come together in shared intention, mindful movement, and quiet connection. In this special Yoga Class, we will move through postures of the Hatha Yoga Tradition. Guided by the rhythm of our breaths, we’ll soften into each posture, allowing space for stillness and inviting a sense of calm, compassion, and inner harmony. This is more than a yoga practice — it’s a moment to pause, to reconnect, and to cultivate peace within us and with one another, collectively.
All levels welcome.
Bring your mat, water, towel and an open heart.
***This EVENT is Free of Charge. However, donations are welcome and will be collected via Paynow. Funds will be donated to different Charities, which support Women and Children.
***This event is presented as part of the Swiss Weeks 2026, a multi-week festival in Singapore celebrating Swiss innovation, culture, and community through a diverse programme of events.
About the instructor: Clara is a Swiss-Brazilian yoga teacher with more than a decade of international experience, having lived and taught in countries including Pakistan, Turkey, Sri Lanka, and Brazil. Her yoga journey started in Islamabad, where she experienced firsthand its powerful ability to unite body, mind, and spirit. Inspired by this transformation, she pursued teacher training to share yoga with others. Clara brings a rich and diverse teaching background, offering styles such as Ashtanga-inspired Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Sangraha, and specialized classes including Prenatal, Postnatal, and Baby Yoga. Her teaching style focuses on balancing strength and flexibility, blending fluid movement with breath, and incorporating elements of pranayama and meditation.
