Yoga is one of the most beneficial complementary therapies for neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease and Multiple Sclerosis. In this positive, motivated, and fun yoga class, we’ll work on coordination, balance, flexibility, strength, motion, and cognitive issues.
