This special 5-week series is designed to guide you on a gentle and supportive exploration of yoga, perfect for beginners who want to build a strong foundation for their practice.
In each 90-minute session, you’ll experience:
🎯Workshop-Style Practice: A one-hour yoga practice tailored to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance at your own pace.
🎯Reflection and Discussion: A 30-minute session for prompted journaling, guided reflection, and group discussion to deepen your understanding and connection.
