Join us for a very relaxed class, where we'll discuss and practice the basics of yoga.
Great for newbies' beginner practices, or a solid refresher for folks who've been practicing for a while.
Questions HIGHLY encouraged, always.

Cost: $20-Bring a friend with you to this class for FREE!
Sensory Notes: Sometimes the gym lights are bright when we begin class (fluorescent). We like to turn them down as we get rolling.
What else to bring: Please bring water and any other props you may have and enjoy using, and dress for comfort. We'll have some blocks, straps, blankets and mats to share.
Parking: Parking is plentiful and free, on 2nd Street and in the large lot across the street.
We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be. 🙂
We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for. Thank you for understanding.
