You’ll be guided through gentle, effective movements, mindful stretching, breathwork, and relaxation techniques that help calm the nervous system while easing physical discomfort.
This class is accessible for all levels and offers modifications and props to support your body exactly where it’s at. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more open, and with simple tools you can use at home whenever tension starts to build.
