Whether you are just starting a yoga practice, or don’t know where to begin, gentlemen this series is for you! In this four session series, you will learn the basics of yoga, including poses, philosophy and origins, meditation, breath work and basic yoga etiquette. Both Beginners and seasoned yogis are welcome. We can all learn from each other in the safe and comfortable environment of The Om Well Collective.

60 minutes/session Each session is $20. You do not need to attend all four sessions, but they do build on each other, so it is recommended. Mats and props provided. Should be able to get up and down off the floor independently.
