Rachel has created a workshop that will help give you a comfortable and supportive launching pad to take better care of your muscles and bones. Through exploring movements targeting specific muscle groups and learning to safely incorporate light hand weights and interval training into your yoga practice, you get the powerful opportunity to turn your time on your mat into a vehicle for building inner and outer strength - increasing stability, mobility, bone density and cardiovascular health.
Whether you've been a lifelong mover or you are just honing in on improving your health and fitness, this session is geared toward helping students at all levels learn ways to grow in strength, balance, confidence and energy!
