Yoga for Kids (2-4yrs) with Jane Oppegaard
Fridays 9:30am - 10:15am
Come and meet the Happy Little Yogi yoga characters, as well as learn animal poses and movements.
- Blow up bubbles and enjoy pranayama with the animals.
- Have fun balancing and working on co-ordination.
- Musical instrument time allows for creative play, drumming, singing bowls and shakers.
The Happy Little Yogi meditation Sa Ta Na Ma leads us into relaxation time ready for Sensory Magic.
A class to help relax and create some calm for your child, creating a happy head space and teaching them to breathe and tune in with their body.
