Yoga for Kids: Valentine's Day Edition
Join Jeanna for a heartwarming and fun-filled yoga class designed especially for kids! This special Valentine's Day-themed session combines movement, mindfulness, and creativity to celebrate love and kindness.
My daughters want to help out with some fun heart-shaped poses, partner poses, we will dance, read a yoga story and do some art!
Yoga for kids is a great way to connect with others, help build confidence, improve knowledge of oneself and one's body. Stimulate balance and elasticity & promote freedom of expression. Improve concentration, brain activities & expressing emotions and moods as best as possible.
