Yoga for Kids Shoreham

The ShoreRooms in Shoreroom offer a light, airy space that is perfect for kids classes and activities. It has air-con too! There is also space for parents to sit in the reception outside.

We will use play and age-appropriate yoga games, stories and activities to introduce children to yoga in a fun, supportive way. Expect movement, imagination and relaxation. I am so excited to welcome you all 🧘‍♀️✨
