Yoga For Kids - Home Educated Children
About this Event
A fun and welcoming yoga class created especially for home-educated children. The sessions are designed to be flexible, allowing younger and older children to join together, with activities adapted so everyone can take part in a way that feels right for them. Once the class builds in numbers I will look at separate age groups.
We use play, age-appropriate yoga games, breathing exercises and creative movement to introduce children to yoga in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Expect plenty of movement, imagination, mindfulness and relaxation, with opportunities to build confidence, make friends and connect with others in the home education community.
