Yoga for kids is for children to learn and explore yoga poses that allow our little ones to use their imaginations to move. Yoga is a fantastic practice to teach children about the world, nature, their mind, their emotions, and their bodies. Yoga can teach many life lessons such as kindness, self-appreciation and respect, friendship, resilience, confidence, equality, and self-expression. We will practice various yoga poses along with breath work to allow them an opportunity to better understand their bodies and get in touch with their emotions.
