Yoga for Kids at Yellowave Hove

We will use play and age-appropriate yoga games, stories and activities to introduce children to yoga in a fun, supportive way. Expect movement, imagination and relaxation.

Length 45 minutes per session

2:00 pm – 5 to 8 year olds
3:00 pm – 9 to 12 year olds

Parents must stay in or just outside the Beach House during the session. I will send over a health declaration once you have booked.
