About this Event
Do you struggle to switch off at night? Feeling drained and irritable? On Saturday 21st March, 3–5pm, we’ll guide you through a 2-hour mini retreat focused on better sleep.
- Discover your sleep type and how to track it
- Practice the Simple Sleep Sequence and breathwork to calm your mind
- Learn the science of sleep, including brain wave patterns
You’ll leave with a personal sleep toolkit, a book, herbal teas, and yogic tools to improve your rest. Spots are limited – this is a one-time monthly event.
