The Yoga for Hope series invites our community to come together in practice while supporting organizations making a meaningful impact.
In June, we are proud to support ALSO Youth, a local nonprofit dedicated to empowering LGBTQ+ youth and their allies while fostering inclusive communities.
In honor of Pride Month—a time to uplift LGBTQ+ voices, celebrate identity, and advocate for equity—this class will offer a vibrant, heart-centered experience inspired by the colors of the rainbow.
This special class will guide you through a flowing chakra-based practice, moving from root to crown. Each phase highlights a different color, intention, and emotional theme, supported by music that builds with the energy of the journey. Expect a blend of movement, reflection, and release, leaving you feeling grounded, open, and uplifted.
Suggested donation: $10
Dress code: Rainbow or whatever makes you feel bright
Must pre-register as space is limited
