None of us are getting any younger !Yoga can help support us into a healthier older age, with practices that focus on strength, balance, flexibility and coordination.
This six week block of classes will include elements of all those practices, along with breathwork and relaxation techniques to support health and wellbeing.
Everyone is welcome - no experience needed, and experienced practitioners are also very welcome.
