🤍 Grief is a complex emotion, the feelings associated vary from person to person. As unique as the experience of loss itself. Grief is not only assigned to death. We grieve for many reasons, we can experience, sadness, anger, helplessness, disbelief, numbness, guilt, and even bitterness and hostility. In this class we will acknowledge and give grace to our grief and the love that is present in its place. Discovering connection and community, restoring peace within the heart as we honor and release together in this class.
