About this Event
Are you a yoga enthusiasts and want to meet other expat yogis to share with you the benefit of yoga practice?!! Join our yoga teacher Martina for 75 mins of Hatha yoga class at our upcoming expat event @youcanyoga studio in Amsterdam Zuid.
Yin Yoga is a gentle, calming practice focused on deep stretching and relaxing the connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia. Through long-held, passive poses, Yin Yoga helps improve flexibility, increase circulation, and promote mental clarity. It’s a peaceful way to cultivate mindfulness, release tension, and restore balance in both body and mind.
Unwind, stretch and find a bit of inner peace and make new connections. After the class you are more than welcome to stop by and enjoy a cup of tea all together.
