This yoga class is for all ages. It will focus on increasing balance, stability, and flexibility. This is perfect for beginners and seniors. This is an 8-week class. Registration is required each week.
Class break down: Warm up: 5 minutes Asana: 30 minutes Pranayama: 10 minutes Meditation: 5 minutes
