This is a Yoga Class that offers modifications to all poses, so that everyone, regardless of experience the benefits of Movement as Medicine. The class is led by a Certified Therapeutic Yoga instructor with 20 years of experience who is also a Physical Therapist Assistant. We guide you through a gentle and safe practice.
