Nadi Shuddhi balances the nadis (or energy pathways) resulting in a balanced system and psychological wellbeing.
Yoga Namaskar, a simple and powerful system which activates the lumbar region of the spine and strengthens the muscles along the spine, preventing collapse of spine due to aging.
